What does this even mean? Does it mean A) If you are wearing a hat and/or hoody you are NOT allowed in B) You are ONLY allowed in if you are wearing a hat or a hoody or C) Regardless of any clothing regulations, entry is simply not an option.
I saw this in the window of an empty (i.e. redundant) cafe/bar between Brixton and Clapham. No wonder the place shut down. Idiots.
