In 'honour' of the fact that I filmed my interview for the UK Lo Life (LRLC) documentary today, I thought I'd hit you off with another edition of the Lo files. Pretty standard stuff but absolutely essential for those irregular breaks from smoking piff, drinking beer and eating burnt meat in the park during the summer.

THE LO FRISBEE




Truth be told, I've been a bit slack these last few days. That is simply down to my ball-smashing 5 day booze and drug bender in London and Brighton that ended up stretching from dinner time on Friday right up until breakfast time on Wednesday. I truly am a completely irresponsible wreck. It's just so much fun.

However, fear not constant reader, as I will very soon be returning to fine form with many, many more ramblings including some free exclusive music and a whole bunch of other good shit to send your way. Your patience is appreciated. Stay tuned my peoples, your boy Big Deezy won't let you down.
